How do I initiate a return?

What can I do if my order gets damaged during shipment?

You can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number, and we will help get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
