"These are fabulous. As previous reviews have mentioned, the noise cancellation is minimal. You can hear pretty much everything going on around you, but the speakers cover my ears perfectly to where I'm more focused on the sound of the speaker than anything external. My partner snores, and even though I can still hear the snoring, it really doesn't affect my sleep as much while I have this on. I just make sure I keep it charged and have a sleep podcast lined up for the night and it's just perfect. Definitely recommend!"

"I have purchase several what I call my nighttime headphones. These are the best by far. This is the first one that I purchase with the sleep mask. I did not realize that I could get a better night sleep just by wearing a face mask. I have a sky light in my bathroom and as soon as the sun rise it would light up my bedroom.
