Of the best purchases I have made, I have been with chronic migraine for more than 25 years and this really is a significant relief. I recommend anyone who suffers from migraines because it really is a very good product.

I love this. I have another one that has a bunch of little packets in it and it’s not nearly as good bc it’s difficult to lay down in it. I will often use this to sleep bc I love the compression and it’s a little cool even when it hasn’t been in the fridge or freezer. I love it and I got it on sale too! Highly recommend.

2nd time getting something like this, it's perfect thickness, stretchy and nicely fitted to your head and helps me fall asleep quickly
