I love the portability and ease of use this heated knee provides! The different heat levels and ability to use the heat is really nice. Personally I think it provides the best pain relief with both! The unit itself is not bulky and made of a slightly stretchy material wrap, making it easy to wear over leggings (or probably jeans, too). The controls are clear and function as they should. All in all, this has been very handy in keeping the pain at bay while allowing you to go on with your day.

I've used this on my knees, elbows, and shoulders. Overall, I like it. It heats up really well. I've found that even if you want heat, the lowest or maybe the second-lowest setting, is enough. The highest setting is a bit too hot. Maybe, come winter, it will be good, though.

If I have one critique, it would be that it is a little hard to get on your shoulder by yourself if you have a sore shoulder. I feel like it's fairly easy to get it on my knee and my elbow on my own, but the shoulder takes a little more effort without help. I'm not sure that there's really a way to fix that. It's just an observation. If you are getting this primarily to use on your shoulder, you may only want to get it if you know that you'll usually have someone to help you put it on. It's not impossible to put it on your shoulder yourself. I've done it. I've found that it's just easier to have someone there to help me adjust it, especially if my shoulder is sore.

I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for something to relieve knee, elbow, or shoulder pain. It is actually a lifesaver!

Good heating levels for the knee

I only use the heat function, but these work exactly as I need. They heat up fast, and stay in place. The high heat setting is actually impressively hot! I run cold and heat helps my knee pain, so I assumed the high heat setting would be the one one I use most, but it's actually too much most of the time, so I use the medium heat setting more. The button-lock feature are useful as well.

I have been using this almost daily for the past week or so. And for me it works well. I haven't had a severe of knee pain as I usually do when working out. The heat is amazing. The brace itself fits me slightly big, but I can manage. It does come with extender straps to make larger, it holds a charge pretty well, and its easy to use. Well worth the money.
