I have a deviated septum and need surgery. I usually wake every night with a dry mouth, its destroying my teeth. I tried breath right strips but it took off my skin. These strips and magnetic bar are a life changer. If I could give a higher rating I would. I am sleeping through the night because I can breathe! The strips dont hurt your skin at all. i was skeptical about this since pretty much everything you see in ads on facebook, insta, etc is usually no good but i had to try it. Well... these things are AMAZING. I have obstructive sleep apnea and can't use a cpap machine so i rely on a wedge pillow to help me sleep upright and adding this to the mix has allowed me to sleep so much better.
